Q:What is the role of the four wheels of the car?
Car front wheel also play a role in driving, the cart is basically the rear wheel drive; is the engine power through the clutch, transmission, differential transmission to the wheel so that the car can move forward or back.
Q:Can a wheel come off a 2001 Isuzu Rodeo 4WD?(Front left driver side)The bearings are shot on the left side and my mechanic says that the wheel can come off.On the other hand, my dad says no it can not.I had no humming sound, though when I make a left turn, sometimes there is a clunking sound. The mechanic did not feel anything, but when they put it up on the lift, the left wheel wobbled. Never the less, I will be paying $461.00 tomorrow to get it fixed. YIKES!!So, can my wheel fall off and how?
Wheels can come off a car or truck. A man had to stop next door and put a new axle in his truck because the wheel and axle were coming out of the axle housing, it was within 2 or 3 inches of dropping the truck. Some times the axle will weld itself to the bearing and housing and shear off. Other times the lug bolts/nuts will fail. In short a what is normally a four wheeled vehicle can become a three (or less) wheeled vehicle for many reasons. The results are not always happy endings.
Q:In the swordsman love 2, where the wheel king?
The wheel king in the Dragon Gate array near the map put the top walk and then go straight to the left can see if you can not clear the lake can be identified above the coordinates of the coordinates of the 80 to do this task Oh
Q:The wheel is phenomenally efficient insofar as transportation is concerned. Why did the Intelligent Designer give me feet instead of wheels?
Man you're stupid. Humans realized that heavy objects could be moved easier if something round (e.g. a tree log) was placed under it and the object rolled over it. Humans also realized a way to move heavy objects, with an invention archeologists call the sledge. Logs or sticks were placed under an object and used to drag the heavy object, like a sled and a wedge put together. Humans thought to use the round logs and a sledge together. Humans used several logs or rollers in a row, dragging the sledge over one roller to the next. With time the sledges started to wear grooves into the rollers and humans noticed that the grooved rollers actually worked better, carrying the object further. This was simple physics, if the grooves had a smaller circumference than the unworn parts of the roller, then dragging the sledge in the grooves required less energy to create a turning motion but created a greater distance covered when the larger part of the log roller turned. The log roller was becoming a wheel, humans cut away the wood between the two inner grooves to create what is called an axle. Wooden pegs were used to fix the sledge, so that when it rested on the rollers it did not move, but allowed the axle to turn in-between the pegs, the axle and wheels now created all the movement. These were the first carts. Improvements to the cart were made. The pegs were replaced with holes carved into the cart frame, the axle was placed through the hole. This made it necessary for the larger wheels and thinner axle to be separate pieces. The wheels were attached to both sides of the axle. .Next. the fixed axle was invented, where the axle does not turn but is solidly connected to the cart frame. Only the wheels did the revolving by being fitted onto the axle in a way that allowed the wheels to rotate. Fixed axles made for stable carts that could turn corners better. By this time the wheel can be considered a complete invention.
Q:What is the movement of a bicycle wheel? The
③ after the brake, why can stop the bike? Brake, the friction between the brake pads and the wheel, will hinder the rotation of the rear wheel. The greater the pressure on the brake, the greater the pressure on the rim, the greater the friction will be generated, the rear wheel to rotate the slower. If completely stopped, then the friction between the rear wheel and the ground becomes sliding friction (the original rolling friction, the direction forward), the direction backward, hinder the movement of the bike, so stopped.
Q:I need to replace my bike‘s stolen front wheel. The last time I went to a bike shop, they charged me $60 for a wheel. So, I would like to shop around for something cheap this time. My bike is old and the wheel will likely be stolen again. I wrote down the numbers from my rear wheel (rim): 26x1 50 MR RX-7 Do these numbers make sense? I searched online and craigslist, but didn‘t find any matches and most of the online shops seem to only sell high-end bicycle wheels or font rear wheel sets. I‘m surprised no one online specializes in cheap bike wheels since it seems it would be a very common problem.
Wheels don't come with tires, tubes, rim tape, or cassette/freewheel. You have to buy all those things as well. 700 x 32 is tire size, wheels will fit a range of tire sizes there is no 700 x 32 wheel. To find out if you can upgrade to a cassette hub, measure the space between your rear dropouts. If it is 130mm you can use a wheel made for cassette. It would cost a bit more than a freewheel hub. All in all, by the time you buy everything you will have spent most of the $250 you paid for your bike in the first place unless you can find some second hand wheel that are in decent shape
Q:What is the difference in all wheel drive and 4 wheel drive vehicles?
most cars no longer have cigarette lighter sockets
Q:will older model stang wheels ( 15 inch) work without rubbing the disc brake caliper? bolt pattern?
CHECK WITH YEARONE AND ASK THEM.
Q:My steering wheel shakes when I brake at varying speeds. My rear tires are in fact worn out unevenly. I recently replaced all of my brake pads and they said the rotors were fine. Could it be wheel alignment? I have a 2005 altima.
It is most likely warped brake rotors no matter what the shop told you. Think about it,if it only does it when you brake then it is not a tire out of balance (that is usually only noticed at speeds above 50 or so) and alignment problems do not cause the wheels to shake when you are braking so I would say from my 30+ years of working on cars you have yourself warped brake rotors or drums. But it turns out to be rotors 98% of the time. Good luck.
Q:which 4wheeler has a hub to fit car wheel bolt pattern
none that i'm aware of, but wheel adaptors are relatively cheap, and also relatively easy to make if one isn't available for your particular application.
