Q:Can plastic tubes be used for water filtration systems?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for water filtration systems. Plastic is a commonly used material for these systems as it is lightweight, durable, and resistant to corrosion. Additionally, plastic tubes can be easily molded into various shapes and sizes, making them suitable for different filtration applications.
Q:Can plastic tubes be used for chemical analysis?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for chemical analysis. They have various advantages such as being transparent, lightweight, and resistant to many chemicals. However, it is essential to ensure that the plastic material used is compatible with the specific chemicals being analyzed to avoid any reactions or contamination.
Q:Im thinking that i want to give my betta more space. Im thinking of using some type of plastic tube, cutting a hole in his plastic bowl, cutting a hole in another plastic bowl and connecting with the tube, then connecting the tube to the bowls with aquarium silicone. One will be the flat on two sides one, but his current one his round. Will this safely work? I can only imagine cleaning it, it will be so much harder. I just need answers on this, no fish care responses etc. if you do i will report you for not answering what i asked.
report me, for not answering what you wanted lol idc
Q:a molten plastic flows out of a tube 8 cm long at a rate of 13 cm^3/min where the pressure differential between the two ends of the tube is 18 cm of mercury. find the viscosity of the plastic. the i.d of the tube is 1.30 mm. the density of mercury is 13.6 g/ cm^3the answer is 0.097 kg/m.s or 97 cp! help!
Hello Cedric Mapula, let us use the expression V/t = pi P a^4 / 8 l eta Here V/t = volume flown in one sec = 13 cm^3 / 60 s = 13/60 cm^3 /s pi = 3.14 P = 18*13.6*980 a = 1.3/ 20 cm = 0.065 cm l = 8 cm eta = ? Plug these and find the required eta i.e. coefficient of viscosity of liquid Ans : 0.969 g/cm*s = 0.969*10^-3/10^-2 kg/m*s = 0.0969 kg/m*s
Q:Are plastic tubes suitable for use in the water treatment industry?
Yes, plastic tubes are suitable for use in the water treatment industry. They are commonly used for various applications such as conveying water, chemicals, and other fluids. Plastic tubes offer several advantages including resistance to corrosion, lightweight, and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, they are easy to install and maintain, making them a popular choice in the water treatment industry.
Q:What are the differences between rigid flame retardant pipes and semi rigid flame retardant plastic tubes? Who knows?
Semi hard plastic tube, Department of PVC resin and plasticizer, stabilizer and other auxiliary agent, by extrusion molding, suitable for electrical and fluid conveying pipe casing, can be used to protect the wire and cable etc. under normal temperature. The tube is supplied with a length of not less than 10 meters. The colors are white, yellow, red, blue, black and ecru. The pipe connections are usually made of plastic sleevesMaterial glue bonding, bending freely, without heating, construction environment temperature 5--45 degrees, in -15--25 degrees, should use cold resistant (yellow) pipe.
Q:filling a grocery cart is not an option.
That actually happened to me once! There was an elderly lady I used to run errands for, and she asked me to go to the store to get a tube of Preparation H. So, I go to the grocery store, get the stuff (with no other purchases), and plop it down on the belt. Just my luck, a really hot guy came right behind me in line. I was so embarrassed! My advice to you would be to go to a small drug store and take it back to the pharmacy to purchase.
Q:the gun works great...until i go to elevate the last shell into the chamber, the plastic cup that seats against the crimps of the shell sticks just enough into the tube to not fully push the shell out and onto the elevator, the spring feels a bit week also, are these springs known for wearing out and are they replaceable? looks like the shell tube has large threads that screw into the receiver but ill be damned if i cant get that thing to twist and unscrew!
The tube will unscrew, but not easily the first time it comes off. When the mag springs in our department Mossbergs get tired, we replace them with Remington 870 mag springs and they seem to hold up better. Field strip the shotgun. Put the end of the mag tube in a vise and clamp down ONLY on the little rectangle on the end of the tube (NEVER on the tube itself). Insert the wooden handle.of your hammer into the receiver as close to the barrel mount as you can. Evenly as possible rotate counterclockwise. Remember, it's not going to come off easily. When it lets go, remove the tube, the follower and the spring. Do not try to just stretch out the spring a little. It won't work. Replace the spring and put the follower back in. put the tube back on the receiver. I find it easier to push the follower into the tube a little until you get the threads started. be careful not to crossthread. tighten it up the same way you took it off.
Q:How do plastic tubes compare to aluminum tubes in terms of weight?
Plastic tubes are generally lighter in weight compared to aluminum tubes.
Q:Can plastic tubes be used for oil lines?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for oil lines.
