Q:Hi, my computer recently stopped working, ie it keeps turning off when I turn it on.Just now, I noticed that if I unplug the square 2x2 pin connector from the motherboard, the fan will run, but I will see no picture on my monitor. However, as soon as I plug that 4 pin connector back in, the computer will shut itself down right after I turn it on (I'm looking at the fan)So my question is: What does that connector do? Does that mean my mobo is shutting it down because my CPU is overheating or something? But I already let my computer sit for a day or so, it simply shuts it self down immediately, without any variation in duration.Do you guys think this would be a problem with my mobo or with my power supply?Thank you
that 4 pin connector is the processor's power supply as today's processor now need more power then what it can get from the traces on the motherboard.
Q:i would like to put a picture from my phone using a usb connecter onto facebook but dont know how to. im not the best on computers so a simple way to do it will help. thanks
i dont know about the usb thing, but what i do is send a picture message to my email then download it from the email onto the computer.
Q:I just bought a Nintendo Wi Fi USB connector. And when i hook it up it saysERROR:connect the USB connector to the USB port. But i already have it in the USB port!!!! I'm not sure if it's broken but i'm pretty sure it isnt!!!I want to play DS on the internet so PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!
if you already have wireless internet the wii is already wifi anyway so you dont need a connector just go to internet setting on the wii as for the ds i think that might be the same hope this helps
Q:I bought a 700 hundred dollar pair of head phones with jacks that look like this
Those okorder
Q:I have one 3 in x 3 in fan running on one 3 pin connector. My question is can i also run that fan plus one or two 140mm 12v fansI'm looking for a total cooling of the computer at the cheapest amountI can get the fans for like 6 bucks on OKorder and the cable for 6 bucks too. so what 12 bucks and my computer is as cool as the snowI am just curious if the plug will burn out if I am running too much power on it?
The motherboard has no capability of detecting whether the fan is on or not. Now, that being said you can rule off the fan problem. I believe the reason your computer shutdown could be because of one or more of the following: a) If this is your first time running a game the CPU could have overheated and in most cases caused the computer to shutdown. In some cases (very rearly) the CPU could have been destroyed but I highly doubt this. b) The computer shut down you say? Maybe it was a cable from the back of the machine that had caused this. A No signal detected is a common error for this type of scenario. c) Electrical failure - This can be caused by one various computer compoments and caused the computer to shutdown or possibly malfunction. Since you have new pieces I suggest trying in a dummy CPU to see if it works. You can go to a computer store and ask to try a CPU before you buy it to see if it resolves the issue. I hope I helped ~
Q:Does anyone know where can i buy wi-Fi USB Connector online?here some sample picture
future shop or bestbuy?
Q:I want to know because for some reason, my NINTENDO D's wifi connection doesn't work. Can i use a nintendo wifi USB connector to use the GTS in pokemon platinum and get NINTENDO events? Plus, how much does a nintendo USB connector cost in gamestop, walmart, target, and amazon and where would be the best place to buy it an dhow does it cost there?
This depends on why your wifi will not work. If the Wifi you are wanting to use has a tougher style of security, then the DS won't connect to it. The Nintendo Wifi USB connector if I recall accepts all types of wifi and their securities and them emits its own signal in which the DS can accept. In terms of location and pricing, check it out online. I haven't seen any of these in person except for once at a CD Tradepost used but can't remember the price. Research a little online and you can maybe find yourself one. But with the connector everything should work as normally. Good Luck!
Q:I have a DI box and I'm not sure if the XLR on it is stereo or mono.
This Site Might Help You. RE: Are balanced XLR connectors stereo or mono? I have a DI box and I'm not sure if the XLR on it is stereo or mono.
Q:Can i do this myself without spending any money without any problems?
Just buy the proper adapter, if you make a mistake you will need to buy one anyway.
Q:I noticed that the plastic piece that holds the flat ribbon cable in place is broken. I have been having problems with some of the letters on the keyboard not working so I took the computer apart and found that the connector was missing a piece and was wondering if this could be the problem and just how difficult this would be to replace?
I'm guessing this is a laptop you are talking about. If the connector is on the ribbon cable it self then it wouldn't be to hard, just replace the keyboard, but if the connector is on the mother board, then it could be a hassle. Finding the part would be hard without buying a new motherboard.
