Introduction:
Tower Crane is a machinery used for vertical lifting and horizontal delivering of building materials and any other heavy items during construction process. It can lift

and lay down, horizontally shift, and rotate, so the working range is very large. The whole body can be fixed or movable.

Features:
1. Provide stepless speed regulation. Outstanding in working efficiency, operating stability and reliability,
2. This Tower Crane equipped with hydraulic lifting and connecting. This Tower Crane' s height can accordign to the actual height of the building and at the same time without changing the lifting capacity.
3. LVF: Frequency control, variable speed, smoothness and high stability, non-striking.
4. Moment motor, high stability, long working life.
5. SM: Three-speed change pole motor, simple in structure, economical ,fitting.
6. has complete set of safety devices, which can guarantee the safe and high efficienct operation of the equipment. The machine is equipped with lifting height limiter, dolly range-change limiter, moment limiter, weightlimiter, circumgyrating limiter, and so on.
7. The range-change structure drives the dolly to change range on the horizontal arm, with good positioning performance. Planet gear decelerator is applied in the circumgyrating structure, together with moment-limiting hydraulic coupler, which can relize high load capacity, steady starting and reliable operation.

Q:You see cranes on the floor which rise about 50 metres, but sometimes, when building high sky scrapers, I see cranes on the 70th floor or the 80th floor. How do they put the the crane so high up there when it can only go up high around 60-70 metres?
The cranes are built in the elevator shafts and moved up as needed during work progress.
Q:3years after I quit a job,I am once again looking toward the same field it's just that in my old job they helped me get a crane license when I left the job they kept my certification .How can i get that info without asking my old work for it,or would i have to take the course over?
If it's still valid all you need to do is get a duplicate from the agency that issued it.
Q:My dad has some old tools and he is wondering if the company is still around, or what happened to it. A yahoo search revealed little.
Found on - www.lathes .uk/boicecrane/ Boice-Crane - USA Boice-Crane (Wilton Division) made various types of power tools, including a selection of wood lathes intended for amateur and educational use, and in the 1940s and early 1950 their range included, amongst others, the two amateur and one professional or educational machines illustrated below. The more robust lathe of the amateur pair had a 50 inch long bed with 10 swing and able to take 34 between centres; the 4-step V pulley in the headstock could be driven from either from the rear, or underneath. The bed, which had a gap able to swing 14, was internally ribbed and machined on its top surface. The No. 1 Morse taper tailstock was fitted with self eject for the centre. The double-ended spindle was 1.25 inches in diameter and ran on ball bearings - whilst the single faceplate contained two different diameter, left and right-hand threads so that it could be screwed onto either end. The lathe weighed 115 lbs, so, despite an insubstantial appearance, must have been a reasonably robust machine. The other bench lathe had a bed built from two steel channel sections - with the most elementary type of headstock and tailstock. The capacity was 10 x 30, the weight 30 lbs and the headstock spindle carried a 4-step, overhung, V-belt pulley. The company are now: Gothenburg Manufacturing Co., P.O. Q:I've only read Hunger Games and watched the movie and noticed a large presence of Seneca Crane in the movie. However, I don't recall him being mentioned in the Hunger Games? Is he even mentioned in the Hunger Games? If so, please provide pages.I know he is definitely mentioned in Catching Fire but I haven't read that yet.
No they just wanted to show who he was and what he did. How he died and why
Q:Today, my boyfriend surprised me with an origami bird he'd made for me the night before, just for no reason. He told me he'd tried to make a crane but it got to be to complicated. I thought an was an incredibly sweet gesture, and I thanked him thoroughly. I was wondering if it would be nice to give him an origami something back? I found a really easy video on how to make cranes and I made one, but I don't want it to seem like I'm trying to show him up, I just want to show my gratitude. Would it be best to give him the crane, give him a different origami animal, or just let the whole thing go? Sorry if it seems like I'm over thinking this, I just really like him :)
i really dont think he would want a crane back... because he made that crane especially for you ^_^ and you should just tell him how sweet you thought it was that he made one for u =]
Q:We would like some ideas from folks who have the cranes coming to their bird feeders. What foods are they attracted to?
Sand Hill Cranes are omnivores which means that they feed on a wide variety of food. Their diet will change depending on the time of year and the habitat. Part of their diet would be rodents, snails, frogs and other small animals. They also will eat the roots of aquatic plants and grains in farm fields. This is where you may be able to draw the cranes to your yard. Spread the bird seed on the ground. Even small piles of seed may help. These birds like to forage through grassy areas and can do some digging with their beaks leaving the ground lumpy, so be sure you want them in your yard.
Q:Today, a crane collapsed on the Grand Mosque in Mecca, killing 87 people. Is God punishing Muslims for 9/11?
A god that did that would not be worthy of worship. You need to re-think your beliefs.
Q:total motor kw-100kw,crane class-m6,the crane should be operated on ups as the conventional electric supply is off , back up time require-30 min.
To account for the inefficiencies, and startup currents, you should have a 200 kW (200 kVA) inverter with peak power of 800 kW. The batteries would have to store and deliver about 150 kW. But lead acid batteries would need to be of a higher capacity to guarantee that power level for 1/2 hour, which calculates to 75 kW-hour. I'd say 100 kW-hour capacity. A large 12 volt battery can store about 100 amp-hours which translates to 1 kW-hour, so you would need 100 of this size batteries connected in series/parallel. I made a lot of guesses, you should get better numbers for the motors, the inverters and batteries for a more accurate calculation. An inverter of the size needed will not be a 12 volt unit, but probably 48 or 96 volts DC. so you need to configure your batteries in series parallel to get that voltage. Altogether, the 100 large batteries make this not a practical solution. There are lots of large cranes in the world, what do they use for backup? And why do you need backup. With no power, the clutches would keep the crane and loads fixed in position, my guess.
Q:If so, would you mind finding me a site that will teach me how to either with a good video or an easy-to-follow explanation because i tried many sites and i just cannot understand clearly enough. I get so far and then i can't tell what is happening in a step, and i can't do it.If you wouldn't mind to find me a site that you know will help, since you can make them, it would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.
Go to Howcast and type in origami. It taught me how to fold like a pro.
Q:please help me solve.. i really don't get itttt
1 horse power = 746 watt. So the work W done by the crane in 15 s is given by W = 8*746*15 J . So the distance, S through which the crane lifted 100 kg, presumably at constant speed is given by 100*9.81*S = 8*746*15 or S = [(8*746*15)/(100*9.81)] = 91.25 m
