Product introduction

HEC is a series of non-ionic soluble cellulose ethers, which can be dissolved in hot and cold water, and has the characteristics of thickening, suspending, adhesive, emulsion, film coating and super absorbent polymers protective colloid, which is widely used in paints, cosmetics, oil drilling and other industries.

Oilfield Industry Application Guide

● HEC thickening agent can be used as thickner of the well workover fluid and cementing agent. Help to provide clarification of the low fixed content solution, thus greatly reducing the structural damage to the wells. The liquid thickening by Hydroxyethyl Cellulose can be easily decomposed by acids, enzymes or oxidants, greatly improving the ability to recover hydrocarbons.
● Fluid in the well, HEC is used as proppant carrier. These liquids can be easily cracked through the process.
● HEC configuration using drilling fluid, based on its low solids content, can effectively increase drilling stability. These properties can be used to inhibit the fluid medium to high hardness of the rock and heavy shale or shale drilling.
● Reinforcement in the cement operations, HEC can reduce the hydraulic friction, minimize the loss of rock and water loss.

Q:Just got oil change and was told to put a quart of motorkote in with the already 4 quarts of oil to make 5 quarts and did add it do I have to change my oil or is it fine
Never ever at any time put additives in your oil. Never, not at all. Don't even think about it. What are you driving? It will say somewhere on the car no doubt.
Q:Is there any fuel or oil additives that will help with cold start? additionally do oil additives that are supposed to increase your cars ability and all that really work? have you ever tried and or used any? and what kind do you need?
Good question Every one I know is now running full synthetic oil in their vehicles due to its ability to live long mileages with out breaking down. I use full synthetic castroil 10w 30. You want to keep the viscosity as your manufacturer recommends. the viscosity is the thickness. I change my oil on my Dodge Cummings every 7500 miles. But I change my oil filter every 3 th. miles. Even tho the full synthetic is more expensive than regular oil it lasts more than twice as long working out cheaper in the long run. I know engines running right now that have over 250,000 miles on them. Acompny that also makes decent oil additives is Lucas and STP. You may also want to try some of their duel treatments as they make excellent fuel additives that do help in keeping your injectors clean and operating efficently. Additives by the more reputalbe mfgs are rigoursly tested and do work. All that being said. Non of them can work miracles. If you have alreeady let your engine become some what worn and delapitated, then you will not get much yield from the additives as the additives are designed for preventative maintenance. Nothing in a can or bottle can replace worn and missing metal in your engine block or piston and rings. Starting special treatment programs need to begin while your engine is in good shape and running fine. Then you will probably be able to keep it running fine with these types of aids
Q:with motor oil and new filter.
I would imagine the answer is yes, but why would you want to do this, they are basically the same thing(a teflon additive)
Q:I‘m getting 20-some miles per gallon, but the prices at the pump really hurt.
Well, I won't make that an absolute no. It depends on how old your car is. If you own a car that was built in the last 15 years or so, it has programmed fuel injection. A computer monitors a number of sensors located at various points in your intake system, the engine itself, and the exhaust. The computer knows when the engine is cold, and delivers the extra fuel it needs to warm up. When the engine is at operating temperature, it monitors the amount of oxygen in the exhaust gas to adjust the air/fuel ratio to its ideal proportions. This is called the stoichiometric ratio. For a gasoline engine, this is 14.7 parts of air for each part of fuel, by weight, and the computer adjusts fuel delivery to maintain this ratio. No fuel additive will have any real effect on it. The stoichiometric ratio for different types of fuels varies, but when you consider how these things are sold - in 8-oz bottles, for example, anything you'd add like this would have a negligible effect on the composition of what's in a 12 to 20 gallon tank. This being said, there are some fuel additives that can help to clean injectors that have gotten fouled with age. This will make them work better, and might save you some gas. However, if your injectors are fouled, it's probably time for a general tune-up. Finally - your gas mileage will vary with the kind of driving you do. Slow down, if you can, or take a different route to work, or leave at a different time, to avoid some of the stop and go traffic that kills gas mileage.
Q:I really just want to make my motor last longer, and better MPGWill STABIL help me? or waste of money?Ofcourse i will be using them around every 6 months.
Stabil won't help you. Your money will be better spent if you use Chevron or Texaco gas, at least, once in a while.
Q:What is SPF? Is it kinda additive?
SPF Sun protection factor. It's just a number scale that indicates how much longer you can stay in the sun without getting burned as opposed to wearing no sunscreen at all. For example, an SPF of 15 means you can (supposedly) stay in the sun 15 times longer than you normally can without burning, but that assumes that you don't lose the protection by swimming or sweating. Not sure what pharmaceutical companies add to sunscreen to increase the SPF though.
Q:Is there a fuel additive that really improves MPG a lot other than those the remove carbon?
I recently read an artical in USA today that stated after testing many supplements, there is a minimal boost in mpg when using any fuel additive. The most was a bare 1% improvement in mpg. Being in the automotive business for over 20 years, I can tell you that your best bet to reduce your fuel intake is modifying your driving habits. Take off slower from stops, don't jack-rabbit away. Keep to the speed limit. Don't be a lead foot. And keep up with maintaining your vehicle. Regular tune ups, oil changes, etc, will go a long way towards saving money on fuel.
Q:water/gasoline hybrid automobile
SCAM !!!! I read extensively about it and the science is ALL WRONG. I studied chemistry in school so I know. Even if you don't understand the science behind it to know, ask yourself this one simple question: if these devices worked, why don't the car companies install them at the factory and sell more cars? Because they don't work. Good Luck.
Q:I‘m trying to grow my hair back to its natural color, and tone down the brassiness from previous dye jobs in the mean time. So I‘m trying to find a way to do it without using actual hair dye. I went to a beauty supply store, and while they didn‘t have any toner, the sales associate did tell me to use a violet ADDITIVE which would do the same thing. Is this accurate? I‘m afraid of frying my hair or turning it purple. Please help!
John Frieda variety is well, but in addition the Stefan merchandise are well too(if you happen to are living in Australia). Also i placed a John Frieda blonde conditioning remedy by way of my hair as soon as every week and this fairly eliminates any yellow, brassy tones.
Q:What are the food additives approved by our country?
By function is divided into 21 categories: acidity regulator, anti-caking agent, defoamer, antioxidant, bleach, bulking agent, gum base, coloring agent, coloring agent, emulsifier, enzyme preparation, flavor enhancer, Flour treatment agent, coating agent, moisture retention agent, nutrition enhancer, preservative, coagulant, sweetener, thickener, processing aid.
