Material used in False Ceiling?
A false or dropped ceiling can be made of various materials. Most commonly, they are made of ceiling tiles or panels that are suspended from a grid of wires and tracks.
I am particularly interested in the light steel keel villa building, but do not know what software to use the design
Post-processing software: Sketch Master and photoshop.
anyone know how to put up something called ceiling max its like a drop ceiling that is a inch from ceiling?
Great Link MM, but I don't see anything in the text that suggests the FREE space above all the grid work and tiles. Beyond that the text deals with a basement, and/or an area of exposed rafters. Normal drop ceiling requires a drop in the area of 8 inches minimum. I'd be doing Ceiling Max to cover damaged ceilings if I could get to within and inch or 2 of the old. The process, as explained is no different than normal grid install for a drop ceiling. I'll do more research however. The Q nudged an issue I have in a home, and I do drop ceilings with my Son often, commercially.
It is good for wood keel or light steel keel
The floor is to use wood keel But should pay attention to moisture and pest control
I live in a three story condo (I'm on second) and the building was built a year ago. I would like to hang my projector from the ceiling, but do not have a stud finder and can't find a stud. I've poked numerous holes in the ceiling and have only come across a couple pieces of metal, so I moved over to where the next stud should be and there was also metal.Would this be metal studs?
It could be that your ceiling joist (not studs), are running the other direction. It also could be that your ceiling framing is metal joist. Another option is the ceiling could be suspended on metal grid that allows drywall to be hung form it. Whatever the application-make sure you have a good secure point to fasten to.

each point on the grid. The weight of each 4x4 area is 144# ( square footage is 9# PSF ) which I divide into four seperate areas and come up with a reaction so I know what spring to use at each point. The basic areas are easy to calculate because it's either rectangular or square but some areas are cut up, for example there are areas shaped like an L on the grid with two rectangular sides and I don't know how to get their reaction because there are more than four points. Could someone show me a formula for this?
Sounds like you will probably need to break up the oddly shaped areas, and consider them as a collection of rectangles. However, my understanding is still a little fuzzy. What's this reaction stuff? I don't have a clear picture of the layout in my head.
